1 What is included in the free trial?
Your first month is free with full product access for planning and scheduling. No payment method is required to start. After the trial, billing is monthly in advance unless you cancel.

1 Who counts as a billable user?
You are billed for users who can modify the project. Read-only and snapshot users are included up to your plan limits; extra seats above those limits are billed per user per month as described on the pricing page.

1 How does automatic scheduling work?
The scheduler uses task dependencies, resource availability, and your rules to suggest start and finish dates. You keep control: you can set or adjust dates when needed, and the system proposes timings when you want help.
